1985 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 Sunroof Coupe For Sale
$16,990

I have owned this Porsche 911 Carrera for several years and have had a blast driving it all over the SouthEast. I have driven it in two driver's education events, to the Tail of the Dragon in Tennesee, to Savannah, Georgia, to Okalahoma to see the fall leaves and to work for months at a time. While I have owned it I have worked hard on refreshing all the mechanical parts including the air-conditioning, bearings, brakes, shift-linkages, etc. I must now sell it in order to re-structure my finances and invest in a new business venture. I will certainly have another mid-1980's Porsche 911 in the next 5 years, but must let this one go. The body was next on my list of projects now that I have it running and driving so well. With the included RUF CTR-look front bumper and a new paint job, this car will be ready for stunning the car-culture in your area. The ECU is upgraded with a new chip that is re-calibrated for today's gasoline, and it drives MUCH better with this upgrade. The original chip with its air-fuel ratio settings and ignition advance curves is just not right with our gasoline that often contains up to 10% Ethanol. Expect this car to run with considerably more part-throttle low-RPM torque than the others that you test-drive. This really improves the driveability in traffic.
